Multiceramics U-Xtra™ - is a thick, one component and high performance urethane ceramic rubberized elastomeric roof and wall sealer.  It will provide a seamless 100% waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to any surface. The ceramic composition will significantly lower the interior temperature by reflecting 79% of all sunrays and by eliminating 89% of the heat received.  It will not crack, crumble, or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Excellent for waterproofing built-up roofs, polyurethane, concrete, metal, wood, bonder tar, and asphalt shingles.

For waterproofing and protecting a wide assortment of roofing substrates that are structurally sound such as conventional bituminous built-up roofs, polyurethane foam, pvc, concrete, metal, aged galvanize, wood, bonded tar and gravel and or asphalt shingles adding fire resistance when applied in two coats.

MULTICERAMICS-DTM -  Waterborne Industrial Gloss Enamel

is a professional quality 100% acrylic industrial gloss enamel insulator. Formulated using state-of-the-art hybrid acrylic polymer resins, it provides superior high performance qualities, similar to alkyd-based industrial enamel coatings. It offers superior flow and leveling characteristics, excellent coverage, and dries to a hard, tile-like gloss finish that provides excellent durability. It resists moisture, salt spray, alkali, mildew, mild chemical washings, staining, fading and corrosion. Its special formulation also allows for use as a direct-to-metal industrial acrylic enamel to a variety of both interior and exterior properly prepared metal and architectural substrates. It is easy to apply, rust inhibitive, wear and chip resistant, and it is “USDA Approved” by the United States Department of Agriculture for application to surfaces where there is a possibility of “Incidental Food Contact,”and is available in OSHA approved safety colors for identification purposes.
